2. Description of the proposed solution and its cost;
3. Fill in Appendix 1 by submitting it in PDF format (scan with signature).


The package of documents must be sent to the email address ALuzhnev@beeline.ru no later than 18-00 08/10/2020 (in the subject line it is necessary to indicate "Name of the participant / RFI for choosing a solution for active monitoring of the quality of IP channels (IP SLA) for mobile and fixed networks on the territory of the Russian Federation for a period of 5 years. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
