Delivery terms:Scope of delivery of the container:
1. Tank with factory anti–corrosion treatment and pump unit:
- external protective coating of a very reinforced type in accordance with GOST 9.602-2016;
– internal protective coating that provides protection against the corrosive effects
of the product for the entire period of operation.
2. Counter flanges, with gaskets and fasteners for the pipes of the above-ground
part of the tank with plugs installed on
the pipes for the liquid level sensor of the tank..
3. Embedded products for
connecting grounding conductors.
4. Foundation bolts with fasteners, material - stainless steel (in the case of fixing the container with foundation bolts).
5. Hatches with covers:
- hatch for installation of the pump unit;
- manhole DN700, for tank maintenance (with
a stationary ladder).
6. Delivery of spare parts for 3 years of service,
including purchased products, as well as spare parts for the period of CMP/NDP.
7. Provide transport
plugs at the ends of pipelines, fittings
of the apparatus, etc. to prevent
precipitation and foreign objects from getting inside during
transportation and storage.
8. 10% of fasteners. But not less than 2
pieces (bolts, nuts, studs, etc.) and 2 gaskets for each flange connection.
9. Consumables in the amount that ensures the operation of the equipment during
the warranty period.
