- 100% deferred payment on the fact of delivery of equipment;
- Advance payment in the amount of 500 000 Ros. Rubles from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remainder on the fact of delivery of equipment to the address of FLLC "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of the entire volume of equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your IP).

Comments:
For technical questions on placing proposals, please, call + 7 495 989-85-19 ext. number: 7610/7620. The choice of the supplier is made at the minimum price taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse FLLC "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" on the terms of cooperation on payment, specified above, according to the standard form of the buyer's contract.
Please load the commercial offer as well as the reference list confirming the competence of the supplier.
For convenience of registration of quotations please send to our address the completed table in jeletronnom form, and also its scan with the signature and the stamp. After the bidding is completed, 60 minutes will be given for updating the documentation.

Only the contract is accepted in the buyer's editorial office without the Protocols of disagreement.
The obligatory loading in electronic form to lot and dispatch together with the goods of quality certificates, the passports of manufacturers on the offered production.
Please note that this request is not a type of competition/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447 to 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.
