2) The offer shall be accompanied with quality certificates or passports (for the products subject to certification or conditioning). In the case of the provision of services, the Offer is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
