Execution of works:
1. Preparatory work:
1.1 Drawing up a program for conducting routine commissioning tests;
1.2 Coordination of the program of routine commissioning tests with the Customer;
1.3 Conducting an inspection of equipment subject to routine commissioning tests;
1.4 Preparation of instruments and devices for routine commissioning tests.
2. Experimental work:
2.1 Carrying out measurements and tests on the equipment according to the program of operational and commissioning tests;
2.2 Mode-setting experiments;
2.3 Carrying out balance, hydraulic tests
2.4 Commissioning of the water treatment plant with the analysis of source, make-up and mains water and revision of equipment;
3. Balance tests with the issuance of mode cards:
3.1 Processing and analysis of balance test materials;
3.2 Calculation of the direct and reverse heat balance of the boiler;
3.3 Based on the results of thermal engineering tests, issue a technical report and boiler operating maps;
3.4 Determination of the economic effect of the work carried out;
3.5 Determination of specific consumption rates of conventional fuel per 1 Gcal;
3.6 Development of recommendations for the operation of hot water boilers, efficient fuel combustion;
3.7 Preparation of instructions for maintenance personnel on the operation of equipment.
