Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis-Kogalym, the base of the BPO of LUKOIL-AIK LLC is 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (the scheme is attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.
Delivery of products is carried out at a time, or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents.

Comments:
Prices are provided without VAT, taking into account transport costs.
1. Mandatory provision:
- Reference list;
- Information letter about the activities of your company;
- Quality certificates for the offered products.
2. Product requirements:
- availability of labeling (categorization) of equipment, materials, spare parts (products) by energy efficiency classes;
- availability of information about the efficiency of equipment, materials, spare parts (products).
3. The products must be new (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP), packed and protected from damage..
4. The criteria for evaluating the proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- The consent of the participant with the wording of the organizer's contract, the signing of the contract without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (the official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
5. The delivery of products must be carried out in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of regulatory documentation and additional requirements of the customer, agreed by the parties).
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
6. In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for reliability and integrity with any available tools and methods when choosing a winner.
7. Proposals of participants who are in the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted for consideration.
8. A prerequisite for filling out the tabular part on the ETP! Information concerning the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documentation must be entered in full in the fields of proposals. Failure to comply with these requirements is the basis for rejecting this proposal for consideration.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
