Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% deferred payment within 30 days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:DDP - Salekhard, Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery time - within 10-15 days from the date of signing the specification. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
It is required to provide the documents confirming the technical parameters of the products and manufacturer's passport.
Products must be new manufactured not earlier than 2019, not previously used.
The demand may vary within +/- 30% of the list and volume of the specified lot nomenclature.

Dear participants! To expedite the receipt of an answer on questions and disclosures of this procedure, please use a direct number or e-mail.
It is necessary to attach a commercial proposal on an official letterhead signed and stamped by the company.
Products offered for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 of release, not encumbered with pledges and other guarantees, previously not used. Delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is allowed to adjust the delivery schedule as agreed with the customer in terms of ahead of schedule for shipment to form the transit rate of the consignment.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all required documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.
