i) bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
j) a copy of the passport of the head of the counterparty or the person entitled to sign documents on the transaction, which is supposed to be concluded.
2. The delivered goods must be new, in good working order and fit for further use by the buyer. Delivery of second-hand goods is not allowed.
3. The commercial offer must indicate:
- cost of goods and materials without VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging.
- indicative volume and weight (for the whole volume) (if applicable)
- attitude towards products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.).
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse
- warranty conditions
- delivery method
- type of packaging (only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96) (if applicable to the Goods);
- terms of delivery and payment according to the Agreement
4. Before shipping the goods to the buyer's address, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the completed package / package of the goods, send a copy of the packing list and a photo of each package to the buyer by e-mail (If applicable to Product).
5. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage "and GOST 14192-96" Marking of goods "(If applicable to the Goods)
6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, product packaging, experience.
7.
