Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Priority payment option: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the to-var to the buyer's warehouse (industrial site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant). Other payment options are considered, which will be evaluated in conjunction with other delivery conditions (total cost, terms, etc.). Prices must be specified taking into account transportation costs.

In the event that tax reports are not available or do not allow us to verify with a sufficient degree of confidence that the Supplier is in good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of supply obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for performance of works, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, production premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
