We invite your company to a preliminary meeting on one of the days 29.04.2020 at 15:00, 02.05.2020 at 11:00 to get acquainted with the place of work and clarify details.

Additional meetings (as agreed) on the week 04-10.05.2020 are also possible.

To submit a commercial offer, you need to fill out a statement of volumes (see file under "Procurement documentation"), as well as to attach a schedule of work from "0" to turnkey transmissions.

ATTENTION!!! Mandatory condition: the terms of work are limited to the summer suspension of production - from July 18 to August 02, 2020. Access to the facility - 24 hours a day, no days off.
Note! Due to independent circumstances (due to the epidemiological situation) the time can be shifted to an earlier or later time (the total duration of 2 weeks will remain).

Please note that the procedure is carried out with the assignment of ranks to the proposals of participants (paragraph 8.13.5 of the Rules):

1. The system provides for the Organizer's use of the "assignment of rank to proposals" parameter, ensuring the System automatically assigns a rank (place) to the price offer of each of the participants of the request for proposals depending on the price of the participant's offer. The participant's offer containing the lowest current price is assigned rank 1, and further ascending the current prices, the offers are assigned ranks 2, 3 and so on.

2. In the request for proposals with the parameter "assignment of rank to offers", participants do not have the ability to submit a price offer that exceeds the previous price offer of this participant.

3. The extension of the deadline for submission of proposals in the request for proposals with the parameter "assignment of rank to proposals" shall be carried out in accordance with paragraph 8.8 of this Chapter only when the rank of the proposal is changed participant. If the rank of this offer does not change when the offer price changes, the deadline for the submission of applications will not be extended.
