Delivery terms:The terms of fulfillment of obligations under the contract are indicated at the stage of concluding the contract. The schedule must be attached to the quotation indicating intermediate key events from the moment of signing the contract:

1) Consultation with the customer;
2) Measurements of premises;
3) Design;
4) Visualization;
5) Submission of the project for approval and feedback;
6) Delivery and approval of the project.

Transfer of documentation to the Customer:
1) On a paper basis in Russian / English * languages in the amount of 3 copies .;
2) In electronic form on optical or digital media, text and graphic part in .pdf format, drawings in .dwg format.

Comments:
The outline sections will need to include the following sections:

1) Explanatory Note:
Describe the project concept, consider technical and economic indicators. Indicate the approximate amount of construction and installation work.

2) Measurement plan:
A drawing based on measurements taken at the customer’s office, or a submitted construction plan in electronic form;

3) FURNITURE CONSIDERATION PLAN:
plan with a schematic arrangement of furniture, plumbing fixtures, etc. arch. e-tov indicating
approximate dimensions and dimensions of furniture;

4) PLAN OF MOVABLE PARTITIONS

5) PLAN OF ESTABLISHED PARTITIONS:
Partitions to be built are indicated. Also on this drawing should be placed a table with the specification of door (and window) openings.

6) VISUALIZATIONS (Rendering):
3d design of each office space within the specified boundaries.
