The assessment can be sent by mail to ABelozerov@alfabank.ru.
The subject of the letter should include the procedure number.

If necessary, the response period will be extended to clarify the details for the responding participants.

Upon request, it is necessary to prepare a description of the proposed solution and an assessment in the form in the annex to the request, indicating:
1. Implementation cost
2. Terms of implementation
3. Possible start date for the start of development
4. Estimation of the cost and terms of implementation of certain functionalities (search functionality in the knowledge base, filling with basic dialogue scripts, etc.)
5. Architecture (what is being developed on). programming languages

If the Bank decides to hold a tender in the future, the list of participants may be formed based on the results of this request for information.

The priority will be considered ready-made solutions with a minimum level of customization.
