Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Settlements between the Parties to the Contract are carried out in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the invoices for the delivered Goods, based on the Company's invoices, which are transferred to the Customer simultaneously with the invoices.
Delivery terms:The cost of the Goods must include delivery in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The delivery will be carried out to one of the Customer's distribution centers. The cost specified in the Company's commercial offer will be final and will include all costs and expenses incurred by the Seller in connection with the execution of the delivery. The cost of Equipment (for Lots 1-5) should be considered as separate Specifications, taking into account all discounts for the planned volume. At its sole discretion, the Customer has the right to activate separately any Specification to the Contract, or not to activate at all.Technical specifications according to the manufacturer's Article.
The customer is considering the purchase of Equipment available in the Russian Federation in the declared volumes (for more information, see the Cisco assets RFI document). The cost on the b2b site is indicated for one unit with an Accompanying KP - about the available quantity in stock - for more information, see paragraph 4 of the Cisco assets RFI document).
