Payment terms:Prepayment under the Contract is not provided. Settlements between the Parties to the Contract are carried out in Russian rubles not earlier than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Work performed/ services rendered / UPD, based on the Contractor's invoices, which are transferred to the Customer simultaneously with the Act of Work performed/ services rendered/ UPD.
Delivery terms:Stage No. 1 - within one month after signing the Contract.
Stage #2 - within one month after the completion of Stage # 1.
Stage 3 - until July 2023
Stage No. 4 - August 2023 - January 2024

The collection of Job offers is of an informational and reference nature (RFI). Consideration of responses is applicable to all Participants who have passed the Qualification Selection (Due diligence), such Participants will be invited to an additional stage of negotiations with the Customer's project team.
You, the invited Participating Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The Company understands and agrees that the choice of the Contractor for the Customer depends on a number of factors determined at the sole discretion of the Customer, there is no guarantee or assurance that the Company will eventually be selected as the Contractor. This Task is not an offer or an offer to make an offer, and also does not imply the conclusion of a transaction by holding an auction or tender in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer has the right to withdraw this Assignment at any time without explanation and without any obligations. The Customer is not obliged to accept Offers with a minimum cost and reserves the right to choose one or more finalist participants. The Customer does not reimburse any expenses that the Participants may have incurred in the process of preparing a response to this Task
