Comments:
It is necessary to evaluate the preparation of business requirements for further formulation of the solution of the problem of automation of economic activity.

The appendices describe the preliminary requirements and current solutions, as well as examples of reports.

The survey should take into account the existing SAP AHD solution in accordance with the current design solutions and the implemented end-to-end process of ensuring the administrative and economic activities of the bank.

The objectives of the survey and analysis are:
• Preparation of a draft solution - an optimal automated process for managing and accounting for the bank's own and leased real estate
• Preparation of a draft decision - operational, analytical and statistical reporting on real estate.

The main tasks are:
• It is necessary to investigate the process in the Real Estate Department, the Finance Department, to study the reporting requirements, to investigate the current AHD process implemented on the basis of SAP4HANA.
• Design the bank's real estate management business processes optimally integrated into the existing end-to-end AHD process
• Design automated control procedures and checks that reduce the likelihood of errors and improve the quality of data
• The solution should ensure the historicity of the data
• The solution should exclude the use of Excel and manual accounting




If the Bank decides to hold a tender in the future, the list of participants may be formed based on the results of this request for information.
