4) Technical requirements for KP design (acceptable formats):
• Excel – REQUIRED! (editable);
• Scanned documents – PDF;
• PowerPoint, Word – optional.

5) Participation in the procedure is free of charge if there is a valid EDS.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.

Сообщаем Вам о закрытии процедуры на оказание
услуг по разработке дизайн проекта и архитектуры
проекта Флагманских офисов для АО «ОТП Банк».

По итогам комплексной оценки полученных
предложений с учетом ряда критериев, было принято
решение о закрытии процедуры без выбора
победителя.

подготовке предложения и надеемся на дальнейшее
