Alfa Bank conducts RFI (Request For Information) in order to analyze the market of Russian telephony solutions for the contact center (CC).

The description of the requirements for the solution is indicated in the attached files:
• "RFI Telephony core v1.6.1"
• «RFI_Requirements for PBX v3.2.1"

If your company is ready to offer a Solution that meets the requirements of the Bank, then within the framework of this request it is necessary:

• Fill in the file "RFI participant data + references"
• Fill in the file "RFI_Requirements for PBX v3.2.1"
• Provide a description of the proposed solution (in a free format)
• Provide a description of the technology stack for the proposed solution (in a free format)
• Provide a description of the system stack for the proposed solution (in a free format)
• Provide the architecture of the proposed solution.

For questions, please use the attached form "Register of questions".

Based on the results of the RFI and based on the analysis of the responses, a list of participants and solutions will be formed for further detailed study and inclusion in the potential procurement procedure.

Please note that Alfa Bank reserves the right to prevent the RFI participant from entering the next stages at its discretion, as well as to decide not to conduct the procurement procedure.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
