Payment terms:Prepayment under the Contract is not provided. Payment is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the waybills and/or UPD and/or the Act of services rendered.
Delivery terms:Services are provided on the basis of Option 1 or Option 2.
Option 1: two warehouse complexes. Warehouse 1: a complex with a storage area of at least 300 m2 within the Moscow Ring Road. Warehouse 2: a complex with a storage area of at least 2000 m2 in the Moscow region within the A-108 highway (Moscow Big Ring).
Option 2: One warehouse with a storage area of at least 2300 m2 within the Moscow Ring Road.

Comments:
The Customer will fairly consider the Company as a possible Contractor for the services. In making such a decision, the Customer will take into account, among other things, (1) the Company's ability to provide services continuously; (2) the current financial conditions and future financial viability of the Company; (3) the Company has the necessary licenses and certificates. The Company understands and agrees that the choice of Contractor for the Customer depends on a number of factors determined at the sole discretion of the Customer, there is no guarantee or assurance that the Company will eventually be selected as a Contractor. This Assignment is not an offer or an offer to make an offer, and also does not involve concluding a transaction by holding an auction or tender in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer has the right to withdraw this Assignment at any time without explanation and without any obligation.
The Customer is not obliged to accept offers with a minimum cost and reserves the right to choose one or more finalist Bidders. The Customer does not reimburse any expenses that the Bidders may have incurred during the preparation of the response to this Task
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Коммерческие предложения.:Часть 1. Подготовка КП.
Участники конкурса должны подготовить коммерческое предложение (КП), которое должно содержать следующую информацию:
1. Презентацию о компании и описание Складских комплексов
2. Состав команды на проект (роль, является ли штатным сотрудником организации).
3. Заполнение опросного листа Таблица А (Приложение №1) в excel
Часть 2. Ценовое предложение
В форму ЭТП B2B вноситься Стоимость услуг.
Часть 3. Загрузка требуемых документов.
Коммерческое предложение на ЭТП B2B должно содержать:
1. Анкету участника (Приложение №2). Согласие на обработку персональных данных обязательно.
2. Соглашение о неразглашении (Приложение №3), заверенные подписью и печатью Компании.
3. Официальное письмо на бланке Компании о соответствии Общим требованиям к Компаниям-участникам (Раздел 1 данного Задания) и готовности принять Обязательные условия Договора по форме ООО «Система ПБО» (Раздел 3 данного задания), допускается приложение к письму в свободном формате протокола-разногласий к Разделу 3.
4. Коммерческое предложение (см. Часть 1 Раздела 4 Задания), включая заполненную Таблицу А к Техническому заданию.
5. Оценка стоимости на ЭТП B2B-Center.

Срок действия предложения – два месяца с даты подачи.
