Alfa Bank conducts RFI (Request For Information) for the purpose of analyzing and searching for providers of office printing infrastructure management services for ALFA–BANK JSC in remote cities, obtaining a budget estimate according to the attached requirements and forming a list of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.

The description of the main requirements for the system is specified in the documentation.

If your company is interested in participating in the RFI, then as part of this request, you must:
- Fill out a form with requirements (RFI_FORM)
- Fill in the file with the budget estimate (Form-TSO).

Based on the results of the RFI and based on the analysis of the responses, a list of Bidders will be formed for a potential procurement procedure.

Alfa Bank reserves the right to prevent the RFI Bidder from participating in the procurement procedure, as well as to decide not to conduct the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
