Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer after the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of services and receipt by the Customer of duly executed documents: invoices, invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
Delivery terms:The Services are considered accepted by the Customer from the moment the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The act is drawn up one for each of the Parties. The Customer is obliged to sign the Act or provide a refusal to sign it indicating violations in the results of Services within at least ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the Act. The revealed violations are subject to elimination at the expense of the guilty Party. If it is not possible to eliminate the identified violations, then the Parties conduct negotiations aimed at resolving the differences that have arisen, including by reducing the cost of Services.
The Contractor, within 5 (five) working days from the end of the reporting period (calendar month), transmits to the Customer a signed Certificate of delivery and acceptance of services, an invoice, an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Порядок подачи коммерческого предложения:Коммерческое предложение необходимо направить вместе с:
• подписанным NDA,
• подписанными Приложениями №3-4 (Гарантии),
• подтверждением готовности работать через электронную систему юридически значимого документооборота (ЮЗДО) согласно условиям, изложенным в Приложении 5,
• рекомендательными письмами,
• лицензиями и сертификатами на производство лицензируемых видов работ
