Payment terms:Settlements between the Parties to the Contract are carried out in Russian Rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the invoices for the delivered Equipment, based on the Company's invoices, which are transmitted to the Customer simultaneously with the invoices.
Delivery terms:The Equipment will be delivered to one of the Customer's distribution centers in Moscow or the Moscow Region. The cost of Equipment should include delivery in Moscow and the Moscow Region, including loading and unloading of Equipment at your own expense, on your own and with your own transport.

Comments:
The Company understands and agrees that the choice of a Seller for the Customer depends on a number of factors determined at the sole discretion of the Customer, there is no guarantee or assurance that the Company will eventually be selected as a Seller. This Task is not an offer or an offer to make an offer, and also does not imply the conclusion of a transaction by holding an auction or tender in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer has the right to withdraw this Assignment at any time without explanation and without any obligations. The Customer is not obliged to accept Offers with a minimum cost and reserves the right to choose one or more finalist participants. The Customer does not reimburse any expenses that the Participants may have incurred in the process of preparing a response to this Task.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

4.1. Анкету участника (Приложение №1)
4.2. Презентацию о Компании с указанием СРОКОВ ПОСТАВКИ для необходимого количества.
4.3. Указание стоимости на электронной площадке b2b.
Срок действия предложения - два месяца с даты подачи. Стоимость Товара должна включать доставку в Москву и МО. Стоимость за Оборудование, указанная Компанией, должна включать в себя все издержки и расходы, возникающие у Компании в связи с исполнением поставки, включая погрузку, доставку и разгрузку Оборудования за свой счет, своими силами и своим транспортом.
