Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
1. Delivery, unloading, responsible storage on
the construction site of necessary materials,
equipment, tools, machinery and other
material and technical means for production
SMR.
2. Install the internal drainage systems,
according to the working documentation issued for the
production of works (Appendix B) and the statement
of work volumes (Appendix A).
3. Conduct hydraulic tests of the installed
systems.
4. Carry out the necessary commissioning,
individual testing of equipment, etc.
5. Transfer the systems in working condition for
their intended purpose together with the executive documentation on
the relevant acts (documents), including the Customer's
maintenance service
