Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Works must be carried out by an organization having:
1. SRO with the admission to especially dangerous and technically complex objects;
2. Corresponding material and technical basis:
2.1. equipment for performing assembly (dismantling) works (rigging and assembly devices, hoisting mechanisms);
2.3. Equipment
3. Skilled personnel:
3.1. Qualified specialists:
- on PB & T;
- fire-technical minimum for firing and welding.
3.2. Certified workers:
- welders.
1. Conducting a qualification selection on the basis of qualification requirements.

2. The conclusion of the contract is provided according to the standard form of the contract accepted in PJSC "ChTPZ" (Appendix 4).

3. Signing of anti-corruption agreement
(Annex 5).

4. Signing an additional agreement on occupational safety (Appendix 6).
5. Payment for the rendered works accepted by the Customer shall be made monthly based on the tax invoice within 60 days from signing the Certification of the works accepted (KS-2 form) and Certification of the cost of completed works and expenses (KS-3 form)
6. In case an advance payment is provided to the contractor, it shall be secured by a bank guarantee. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee must be issued by the guarantor bank from the list of approved banks (Appendix 7).
7. All materials, equipment and machinery used by the Contractor for the production of works must have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality.
