Comments:
1. Indicate separately the cost and terms of the pilot and full project.
2. The contractor must have the resource capabilities to perform these works (financial, material, technical, industrial, labor, etc.).
3. The Contractor must have a current agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information with the Customer or be ready to sign it before the start of work.

4. The Contractor must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the Agreement, and must be registered in the prescribed manner.

5. The Contractor must have a valid FSTEC Russia license to carry out activities and (or) provide services for the technical protection of confidential information.

6. The contractor must have successfully implemented projects related to the provision of services in robotics. Provide an anonymized report or its structure along with a commercial offer.
