Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:All work is carried out "turnkey" by the Contractor. The cost of work
includes delivery of equipment to the facility, installation work,
consumables, travel expenses and other costs.
The upper internal beams of the modules must be reinforced from deflection.
The skate must be at least 80 cm wide. All joints are securely filled
with mounting foam. The floor plate is made of thick steel sheet.2

Comments:
The construction headquarters is 6x4.9 m in size - 1 unit.
The connection of the modules is bolted. The frames should be connected on the walls,
floor and ceiling.
Walls: make a thickness of 100 mm and fill with mineral wool
insulation with a density of 40 mg, on the inside of the wall, Cover
with wall panels inside (MDF), the color in the interior example below.
The outside should be lined with a profile sheet C-8, the shaped elements should
be painted in one of the colors attached below.
The floor; the bottom of the floor is filled with mineral wool insulation with a density of 60 mg
with a thickness of 100 mm, the surface is made of chipboard with a thickness of 16 mm with
a coating of linoleum of class 32. The skirting board is PVC.
The outer metal insulated door is 2100x800 with a mortise lock and

Windows made of metal-plastic profile with a size of 800x1000 mm with

Inside along the perimeter of the walls, there should be 6 double IP sockets
20 16A, and one should be located under the ceiling to power
the air conditioner.
Lighting with 4 lamps raster LED 40W IP20 620x620 mm and
one round LED 7.5 W with the inclusion of a three-key switch
IP20 10A,
Wiring is performed in an open way in
a rectangular cable channel, with a VVG nG 3x2.5 cable for sockets and 3x1.5 for
lighting. Bill of lading with two circuit breakers
the current is 16A for the outlet group and 10A for the lighting group. At the input
, set the RCD 25A.
Install a 2.5 kW split system. Pipe laying should be performed
in the cable channel.
Above the entrance, install a canopy made of profiled sheet on a steel frame
with a width of 80 cm and a width of 120 cm.
Delivery, unloading and installation by the contractor.
