Auto-extension

Terms of payment - a mandatory deferral of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery / provision of the service.

The willingness of the participant to provide the proposed equipment for the test within one week (if not previously provided).
The participant's consent to sign a standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through EDF (instructions are attached).

It is planned to place one order for the entire volume, while delivery in batches is allowed in order to optimize the timing / price.
If possible, attach a delivery schedule to the offer.
IMPORTANT! Equipment that has been successfully tested at the customer's site is allowed for purchase.
In parallel with the competition, devices are being tested, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested in fact (at the time of making a decision) will be taken into account.
The price must include delivery according to the address program.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
