Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- an advance of 30% of the value of the shipment shall be paid within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of submission of the purchase application, based on the invoice provided by the Supplier;
- final payment in the amount of 70% of the value of the shipment of Goods, shall be carried out within 10 (bank) days after receipt by the Buyer of the Goods, provided its proper quality and proper completeness and submission of the documents referred to in paragraph 3.1.5 of this Contract.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
