Payment terms:
Deferred payment from 50 days from the date of delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.

Delivery to the shipping company's warehouse (Buyer's warehouse) at the supplier's expense.

Comments: 1) The Member must be a user registered in the B2V-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in due course and has the rights of the Member Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.
3) This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids without liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding process, it agrees, if declared the winner, to enter into a supply contract according to the standard form of Cordiant, without a record of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a quotation during the main stage and rebid with delivery dates and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner...)
6) Prices must be in line with the advertised currency, otherwise no offers are considered.
7) Bids are accepted only from bidders at B2B Center.
8) In cases where the counterparty is not a TMC manufacturer and is unable to provide documents (status must be confirmed by official letter (certificate) of the TMC manufacturer or information on the supplier's status must be present on the Manufacturer's website), its offer for TMC is considered if the counterparty agrees to include penalties in the supply contract 100% of the amount delivered by TMC in case of delivery not meeting the TMC specification (delivery of "non-original" TMC), and a 100% deferral of at least 60 days.
