Comments on:
1) Member must be a user registered with the B2B Cordiant Trading System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the Member's rights Systems.

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.

3) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to opt out of the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without liability.

4) If the supplier is bidding, it agrees if declared the winner to enter into a delivery contract on the standard form of Cordiant JSC without the protocol of disagreement and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer during the main stage and the retrade with the delivery time and payment terms, and the Certificate (representative, partner...)

6) Prices must match the traded currency and in other cases the commercial offers are not considered.

7) Offers are accepted only from bidders at the B2B Centre site.

8) In cases where a counterparty is not a TMC manufacturer, they are unable to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by the official letter (certificate) of the TMC manufacturer or information about the supplier's status must be present on the Manufacturer's website), its offer for TMC is considered if the counterparty agrees to include penalties in the contract in the amount of 100% of the amount delivered to TMC if the TMC specification is not conformable (delivery of "non-original" TMC), and a 100% deferral of at least 60 days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
