Payment terms:100% upon delivery, within 15 banking days.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods is the date of delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer's entire consignment of goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
Acceptance of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify
- price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of the package, a photo of product labels (requirements for labeling are specified in the uploaded documents);
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
