Comments:
1. This request for proposals has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of an open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to Suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this request for proposals.
3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. The proposed prices for ETP without attached TCP are not considered.
