Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% shall be made after delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer within 60 days.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods shall be carried out by transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PAO "ChMK". Transportation costs for the delivery of products shall be included in the price of products. Delivery shall be made on conditions of DAP Chelyabinsk. Delivery time: October 2016.

Comments:
1) It is required to provide a certificate of origin, original passports; C supplied products certified to provide quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item or one for the whole consignment. 2) Year of production - 2015; 2) Year of production - 2015; 3) Signing of supply contract and specifications in standard form of PAO CHMK, without protocol of disagreements (see the attached files); 4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code.
