Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer pays cash in the amount of 100 (one hundred)% of the value of all goods to the Supplier no later than 20 (fifteen) banking days from the date of receipt of all goods in the Buyer's warehouse and signing the consignment note without comments, providing an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96

Comments:
Acceptance of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
1) It is obligatory to upload a commercial proposal in the form (see purchase documentation), a certificate confirming the attitude to the product.
2) The commercial proposal must indicate
- the cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- units of measurement in the commercial proposal must correspond to those requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.);
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume);
- delivery method;
- terms of payment;
- agreement with the contract.
3) Products must be new, unused,
4) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (requirements for marking in the uploaded documentation)
5) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
