Comments:
The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the claimed products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be new, certified and delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transportation costs are indicated for the entire volume of products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production.
- tenderers who did not enclose the Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead in documents are not accepted for consideration
