• Option 2: Payments will be made in stages, upon completion of the stage of work within 30 calendar days from the date of completion, based on the submission of an accurate and correct invoice and acceptance certificate signed by the Supplier and the Customer.

IMPORTANT!!! Offers from the Bidder for the provision of services for at least 3 years are accepted. Be sure to attach a detailed proposal according to the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal form with a signature and seal, as well as a calculation.

The Technical and Commercial Proposal is accepted in full compliance with the Requirements Specification.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
