Comments:
1. Technical and Commercial Proposals are accepted strictly according to the Terms of Reference and appendices thereto
2. Requirements to the supplier: the price of the service is fixed, the agreed LSR according to the results of the audit and for the period of validity of the Contract are not subject to change, the form of payment is non-cash.
3. Mandatory attachment of permits for the types of work specified in the Terms of Reference.
4. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
