- Please attach an official commercial offer with a full description and characteristics of the proposed TMC, the proposals of suppliers who have not downloaded the document will not be considered!!! Specify the category: manufacturer, dealer (mandatory availability of dealer certificate), trading house, etc.
- It is necessary to exchange through an electronic document contour Diadok.
- Delivery is included in the price of goods.


In case of prepayment over 1 million rubles, the cost includes a bank guarantee!!

There is no need to supply a trial batch.

Special requirements for the quality of the original factory product, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each position of the TMC. Affiliation to the manufacturer be confirmed by dealer certificates.

The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer within 5 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods the original invoice, two originals of the invoice in the form of TRADING 12 and a copy of the receipt for delivery on the shipped goods. Invoices must be issued in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000 No. 914. If the price of the goods is in foreign currency, the amounts indicated in the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

Certificate of conformity, quality passport required.

A security passport is required.

Special packing and transportation requirements - the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

The need for cargo insurance - no.

Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the buyer Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.
