Payment terms:The Customer makes payment under the Contract by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the contract or in a written notification (letter) Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of completed works (form No. KS-2) (for design and survey work only the Act of acceptance of completed works) and a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs (form No. KS-3)) issued executive documentation in the presence of appropriate Contractor's invoices (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Contract). The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, of the value specified in the Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (form KS-3) (for design and survey work - specified in the Act of acceptance of the work performed), signed by the Parties. The final settlement under the Agreement is carried out in accordance with clauses 5.7.-5.11., 5.13. of the Agreement.

Comments:
The request for proposals is not an auction (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Notification and Documentation, as well as to extend the deadline (date and/or time) for submitting Proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
