Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear suppliers!

Rules for filling in the cost of sanitary treatment services:
1. In the List of objects, select the subject of the Russian Federation in which the company provides services;
2. Estimate the cost of 1 (one) m2 (square meter) for each item;
3. Determine the Customer's branch to which the regions selected in clause 1 belong.
4. Fill in the price of 1 m2 of each type of processing by branch(s).
The list of objects, areas and processing schedule can be adjusted by the Customer during the term of the contract.
Warranty obligations according to the Requirements Specification:
1. Absence of rodents and insects at the facility in the period between treatments, regardless of the schedule;
2. In case of continued infection, repeated treatments are carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The simultaneous participation of affiliated (related) companies is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
