Comments: We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
By submitting the offer (offer) the Supplier guarantees that is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax statements for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that there is no tax report or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence in the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's self-fulfillment of delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved for performance of work, information on the existence of ownership or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, production premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
