Payment terms:
Recommended form of payment: Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Price with delivery, excluding VAT.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the supplier's road transport.
Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Delivery period - 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and signing of the specification.
Comments: When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and edition of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure. Conclusion of an agreement in the form of PJSC ChMK within 14 working days.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices / offers, an invitation to participate, together with documentation upon request, is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in a request is an offer of a potential Participant of the request for quotations / offers. In this case, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
Analogs of goods and materials requested for delivery are considered.
