Comments:
Participant must agree to the terms and drafting of the draft contract when submitting the Application. In case of refusal to enter into a contract under the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer may cancel the results of the procurement procedure Conclusion of a contract under the form of PJO PMQs, within 14 working days.
