Comments:
Payment Terms - Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is charged per unit of product, taking into account delivery including VAT. Conclusion of contract\ specifications, following the results of this trading procedure is possible only upon compliance with all conditions and providing a full package of documents according to the subfile word "List documents for the conclusion of the contract".
Counterparty IS OBLIGATORY, obliged to support the Commercial Offer on the form in the subfile, with signature and seal (in the absence of the CP of the appropriate ETP, the offer will not be considered)

Commercial Offer Requirement:

VALIDITY PERIOD OF CP within 30 working days upon completion of the procedure!!!
- Delivery time (in calendar days);
- Warranty period;
- The cost of VAT per unit of the lot, rubles., the total cost of KP (the price of the Goods should include all expenses);
- Payment terms (payment of goods shall be carried out by the Buyer within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods;
- Experience: with Rusagro Group (yes/no); on the market years;
- Readiness of work on the model contract and specification - conclusion of the contract, annexes and specifications on the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment). In case of absence in KP refusal to work under the standard contract LLC "Tambov bacon" - by default is regarded as consent of work under the standard contract;
- supplier status: manufacturer or official distributor, trading company availability of license and licensed warehouse;
- quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods).


THE COMMERCIAL OFFER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

- without attached commercial offer file to Lots corresponding to the results of the trading procedure
- without a package of documents according to the word file "List of documents to conclude a contract"
- without agreement with the Federal Tax Service on the disclosure of tax secrecy under codes 1100 and 1400. The consent must be registered on the website of the Charter of agribusiness and reflected on this information resource when checking.
This trading procedure is one-step, no recourse will be carried out.
