Requirement for a commercial offer:
The VALIDITY PERIOD of the CP is within 30 working days upon completion of the procedure!!!
- Delivery time (in calendar days);
- Warranty period;
- Cost with VAT per unit of lot, rub., total cost of CP (the price of the Product must include all costs);
- Payment terms (payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods;
- Work experience: with Rusagro Group of Companies (yes/no); in the market for years;
- Readiness to work on a standard contract and specification-conclusion of the contract, appendices and specifications in the form provided by LLC "Tambov Bacon" (see attachment). If the KP does not refuse to work under the standard contract of LLC "Tambov Bacon" - by default, it is regarded as an agreement to work under the standard contract;
- supplier status: manufacturer or authorized distributor, trading company license and licensed warehouse;
- quality certificates for products, specifications (product composition).
THE COMMERCIAL OFFER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- without an attached file, a commercial offer for Lots that corresponds to the results of the trading procedure
- without a package of documents in accordance with the word file " List of documents for concluding a contract"
- without the consent of the Federal Tax Service on the disclosure of tax secrets under codes 1100 and 1400. The consent must be registered on the website of the Agribusiness Charter and reflected on this information. the resource when checking.
This trading procedure is a one-step process, and there will be no rebidding.
