Comments:
1) Products must be new, not used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
3) The attitude of your company to the products (manufacturer, dealer, manufacturer's representative, etc.) — it is necessary to support supporting documents.
4) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the far north and similar areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96" Cargo Marking".
5) Contract awarding criteria: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, previous experience with similar orders;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
8) A packing list shall be attached to each cargo package with the Goods as well as to each cargo package.
9) It is necessary to load the TCH certified by the signature of the head and the seal indicating all the requested terms of delivery.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
