Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this consignment of goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of submission of shipping documents by invoice, TN and TTN or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:
1. The prices should be indicated on the terms of self-pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Transportation costs should not be included in the cost of products. In the cost of products, include the manufacture of the lathing (if necessary).
2. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment and shipping address.
3. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status. (If it is needed)
4. Attach a Declaration of Conformity / Certificate for the proposed products. When delivered, the package must contain a passport and an operating manual. (If necessary)
5. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of production and the general ones according to the application (weight, volume). Required
6. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the terms of reference (if any)
7. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each package.
8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the inventory by the customer or from the moment the inventory is put into operation (one of the proposed options is required). Indicate.
Winner selection criteria:
1. The lowest cost of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of self-pickup (specified in the commercial proposal) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
2. The term of product readiness for shipment.
3. Coordination of the proposed products by the Customer / compliance of technical parameters with the terms of reference.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
