Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within fifteen (15) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).

1) When issuing the KP it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of products, the availability, the period of production, the delivery time to the supplier's warehouse (for each position separately), the dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), the point of dispatch, its relation to Products (dealer, free seller, etc.);
2) The products must be new, not used and must conform to the technical specification;
3) Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
certificate;
4) Contract awarding criteria: Cost, delivery time, terms of payment, experience with the supplier;
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see Example of filling in additional information), to paste packing list on packing with the goods, copies of documents to send
