| Payment terms: | advance payment of 10% of the contract price by bank transfer within 40 (forty) working days from the date of account
for payment, but not before the receipt of JSC "Rusatom service" funds from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation
sufficient for the performance of the obligation of payment of the advance.
Payment in the amount of 90% phased in over 40 (forty) working days from the date of the signing of a bilateral Act of acceptance
the executed works (services) for each respective stage, but not before the receipt of JSC "Rusatom service" funds from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in an amount sufficient for the execution of payment obligations;
payment for work performed (services) will be made in rubles at the exchange rate of the United States dollar set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of receipt of the JSC "Rusatom service" funds from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. |
