This request for proposals assumes the collection of the CP in the framework of tendering for ETP, the tender is not an offer, auction or competition and the holding is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also involves the collection of KP with subsequent protection of the project and budget and only
then holding the tender. Participants of this
procedures will be invited to participate in the tender in the future.
