Preliminary consideration of auction bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:2.1. Integration of wastes produced in cubic meters. Recalculation of flight departure (tonnes) in cubic meters are based on a formula 1 m3 = 0.665 tons.
2.2. the value of services rendered for 1 m3 is departure _ rubles (including VAT).
2.3. Estimated value of the contract amounts to _ roubles, with VAT ________rublej.
2.4. Payment for services is carried out by the customer in payment days. Payment days are 15 and 29 of the month (February 15 and 28). If the payment days will fall on a weekend, holiday or the last working day of the month, the customer makes a payment in the previous working day.
Payment is made on the fact of providing services on the basis of original bills, invoices and signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of services rendered, granted to the employer within a period of not less than 10 working days before the relevant payment date
Terms of delivery:4.1.1. "Executor" undertakes to provide the services in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 89-FZ "on waste production and consumption", in volume of certain terms of the contract, in accordance with the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary-sanitary, environmental and other rules and regulations established in the Russian Federation.
4.1.2. Take waste to customer during the term of this agreement.
4.1.3. Make the clearance allocated Customer waste according to valid standards and regulations.
4.1.4. No later than the day following the day of receipt of the waste to sign, seal and affix the return address of the customer acceptance documents (Act of acceptance of waste product invoice).
4.1.5. Payment for a negative impact on the environment is made Wednesday "Performer" in connection with the transition to him ownership of the waste to be "customer".
4.1.6. Must provide written information about recognizing or not recognizing a related party of the customer, as well as to inform the customer in writing of the occurrence, modification or termination conditions, giving reason to believe such " Performer "related party relating to the topics identified by the rules define related parties of the customer (posted at PJSC «NCSP, address: www.nmtp.info) (annex 4).
